as it prepares to launch a loyalty
programme by fiscal end, reports Gouri Agtey Athale. "We should be able to launch the loyalty card across the country before the end of this financial year," said Ramakrishnan K, president (marketing) CCD. The chain, which has 1,180 CCD outlets and two more formats—Coffee Day Square and Coffee Day Lounge— had run a limited pilot of the loyalty programme in Pune earlier this year.
