Sony Ericsson to Focus on Android OS

 NEW DELHI To be able to concentrate better on the marketing of its products, Mobile handset maker Sony Ericsson on Tuesday said it will focus more on cellphones with Google's Android operating system (OS) and will pack them with applications on this platform. “Focus on Android OS takes us away from IP (Intellectual Property) related issues. It allows us to focus on marketing products,” Sony Ericsson Managing Director P Balaji said while announcing the launch of two new Android based phones.
